it is estimated that well over one million men, women, and children are trapped in this modern feudalist system. Meet Syeda Ghulam Fatima. Described as a modern day Harriet Tubman, Fatima has devoted her life to ending bonded labor. She has been shot, electrocuted, and beaten numerous times for her activism. Quite literally, she places herself between the workers and their owners. The organization she leads, the Bonded Labour Liberation Front, is small but determined. It is working to set up Freedom Centers throughout rural Pakistan so that every bonded laborer has access to advocacy and legal aid. Fatima operates on a very small budget. So as we learn her story over the next few days, anyone wishing to help empower Fatima can donate to Bonded Labour Liberation.

Dr. Umar Saif

Dr. Umar is a proud Pakistani who has many achievements in the field of computer sciences.He did his bachlors from LUMS Lahore.For higher education he went abroad and completed his Phd from university of Cambridge at the age of 23,which is in itself a record nobody from Pakistan did his doctorate in this young age.

He completed his post doctorate from MIT, after completing his education he returned to Pakistan and started teaching in LUMS as professor of computer sciences.He was youngest professor in LUMS history.

He worked as a vice chancellor of Information Technology university till 2018,at that time he was youngest VC of any Pakistani university.

 He was considered as young global leader in 2010 by world economic forum.MIT named him among top 35 young innovators in the field of computer sciences.

He also became first Pakistan, who received google faculty research award from google.In 2012, he became chairman of PITB, he opened Technology incubator plan and first start up incubator.

In 2014, admiring his work in computer science field he received Tamgha e Imtiaz from govt of Pakistan.In 2015 and 2016, he named among 500 most impact full and influential Muslims.

I am Malala.

Malala yousafzai "the youngest person in the world to receive the nobel peace prize" was born  in july 1997 to a pashtun family in mingora, kpk, Pakistan. Her father was a school owner in the region and was active in educational issues. Malala was basically known for human rights advocacy, and particularly the education of women and children in swat valley khyber pakhtunkhwa, northwest Pakistan, where the local taliban banned girls from attending school at that time. On 9th October 2012 while on a bus in the swat district, after taking in exam, malala along with two other girls were shot by a taliban gunman in an assassination in retaliation for her activism, the gunman fled the scene. Malala was hit in the head with a bullet remained unconscious and in critical condition at the RIC.but her condition letter improve for her to transfer to the queen Elizabeth hospital Birmingham, UK.

After her recovery, malala  become a prominent activist for the right of education. Based in Birmingham she founded a malala found which is non profit organization  and also in 2013 co-autherd I AM MALALA in international best seller. In 2012 she was also recipient of Pakistan  first National youth peace prize.

Namira was first lady from Pakistan who traveled to the North and South Pole of earth.  This lady is from Karachi Pakistan, who is climber, skydiver, artist, traveler and explorer. She has so much achievements in her name. In 2008, she was first lady from Asia who skydived from the top of Mount Everest this shows her madness for the sky.

 

She is also called first astronaut of Pakistan as she was short listed among 100 people who are touring space. Namira had also several awards to her name. Samar khan a lady cyclist

Samar khan is a Pakistani cyclist. She is the first women in the world to ride cycle on 4,500 meters in the karakoram mountains of Gilgit baltistan.

In july 2016 samar khan become the first women in the world to ride cycle on 4,500 meters-high biafo glacier in the karakoram mountains of Gilgit baltistan. She reached pak-chain border, khunjerab from Islamabad on cycle and rode over 4693 meters in -5 C to Set a national record.  The biafo glacier is the world's third longest glacier out side the polar region.

Samar khan is a certified paraglider from army school of physical training kakul and also a national record of 1000 km at the hight of 4693m to khunjerab (pak-chaina border)

In December 2017, khan become the first Pakistani woman to summit africa's highest peak,mount kilimanjaro.

This young mans name is usama malik and he sells vegetables everyday in rawalpindi. At the tender age of 15 he is the breadwinner for his family. His father died while he was young, despite the many difficulties in his life usama has continued his studies. Ayesha Farooq, a brave daughter from Bahawalpur, Pakistan.She is the first female fighter pilot of Pakistan.In 2013 she topped the final exam of PAF and qualify for flying J-7 Chengdu jet.

Although, Pakistan has 6 female pilots but Ayesha is the only one who is allowed for combat and can fly jet along borders.

She is working in a male dominant profession but she doesn't feel shy or inferior,she consider herself equal to male pilots.By making her dream true she is setting an example for other girls of Pakistan that nothing is impossible if you have determination and faith.

during a interview she said her mother was the lady behind her achievements. She said that her mother keeps her motivated and gives her direction.

After gaining that much in her life she still likes to live like other traditional Pakistani girls.She wants other girls to come in her profession and enjoy the life of sky.

VICTIM OF SUICIDE ATTACK

My father was killed in a suicide bombing in 2003, I remembered he looked at me and smile. He said beta take care of yourself. he went to Friday prayer. we were at home. we were preparing a lunch for him and expecting him any minute. suddenly our relatives calling us to ask if he'd been at the mosque. he left us a small sweet message before he died. he said: i love you all and follow what i taught you. The ambulance driver told us that he refused to be taken away and he insisted they treat other people first. We believe he was martyred and we believe that those who are martyred never die. we think he is still with us. whenever i am nervous or achieve something big, I smell him. He had his own smell. I don't have any words to describe.

My Father made this business, work so hard to make us happy and built this hotel. I took this business from him. He was a hard worker man. My grandfather died in young age so my father study only fifth grade. he started delivering food and tea in offices when he was ten. finally he bought this table and grew it into a restaurant with 25 tables. He always wanted us to have a better life. He gives us everything which he had, I should have accomplished more. But I was responsible for my own destruction.
